The following is a demonstration of the pureSCM Application Lifecycle Manager, showing integrations with CA Service Desk Manager, CA Software Change Manager and HP Quality Center. The video has been broken into parts for your convenience.
Part 1 of the demonstration gives an overview of Application Lifecycle Manager and begins the demonstration use case by creating an Incident, Problem, and Change Order that are then linked to an ALM Project. This part of the demonstration hilights the ALM plugin for CA Service Desk.
Part 2 of the demonstration shows requirements management and integrated package generation and management using CA Software Change Manager. It also demonstrates the tracking of builds kicked off during code promotions.
Part 3 of the demonstration shows the integration of pureSCM ALM into HP Quality Center. The video shows the generation of QC requirements from ALM as well as the import and management of QC defects across ALM, CA Software Change Manager and HPQC. After test acitivies are closed, ALM is shown cooordinating the promotion of a software release across multiple CA SCM projects.
The final part of the demonstration gives an overview of Application Lifecycle Manager's reporting capabilities.
