SCM OneTouch

SCM oneTouch is your integrated solution for more effective call management and IVR Incident/Ticket Creation.

PureSCM's SCM VCI for Oracle JDeveloper integration provides a much-needed source control connection between JDeveloper and AllFusion Harvest. This seamless integration places AllFusion Harvest as an active system in JDeveloper’s Source Control menu, allowing you to perform many of Harvest’s CCM functions directly from the IDE. This interface complies with the Oracle JDeveloper Source Code Control (SCC) interface specification.
