Warren McCall
President & CEO

Warren McCall, President and CEO, is a founding member of PureSCM. He brings the business and technical leadership and vision to the SCM team. In his role as President and CEO, Mr. McCall sets the business and technical direction for the company. Mr. McCall has 20 years of IT experience in the Service Management space with a background in Electrical Engineering and database software development.  He is a regular speaker at conferences such as CA World on topics such as Service Management, Change Management, and Project Management and is a recognized expert in these fields.

Mr. McCall received his Bachelor of Engineering from Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston Ontario. He is married with two children and enjoys physical activities such as jogging and kayaking.

Rodrigo Pena
Sr. Vice President, Service Delivery, CIO

Mr. Pena is a founding member of PureSCM. He is a software engineering/architect professional with over 10 years of progressive responsibility and experience in highly complex Information System Environments. His technical Experience includes 8 years as a Configuration Management Expert Consultant and Administrator specializing in AllFusion Harvest, Unicenter Service Desk, 7 years Unix platforms, 10 years Windows platforms, Information Systems planning and evaluations.

Rodrigo has extensive skills working with Client/Server Enterprise Wide Applications and can perform as a Technical Architect, Developer, or Business Analyst role. Over the last three years Rodrigo has focused and worked exclusively in the Configuration and Change Management space with AllFusion Harvest Change Manager, Unicenter ServiceDesk Service Plus and Openmake.

Rodrigo is recognized by CA Technical Services as one of the most knowledgeable Change Management experts, focusing on CA technology.

Duane Fox
Sr. Vice President, Technology & Development, CTO

Mr. Fox is a founding member of PureSCM. He brings 15 years of IT experience in Service Management, Change Management, and brings strong technical vision to the company. He led the design & development of the SCM suite of products, such as the Reporting Suite, Migration Suite, MultiSite, JDeveloper VCI, and many integrations. Mr. Fox has also performed onsite consulting for clients such as Exxon Mobile (Huston), Wachovia (Charlotte & Winston-Salem), ING (Manhattan), TD Bank (Toronto), and many more.

When Mr. Fox is not with his kids, you will find him working on a house, a boat, or maybe he'll just be out fishing.
